We saw so many young people with great potential who felt stuck, unsure, or confused about what to do next. That’s where our journey began—with a determination to create a different experience, where everyone feels heard and empowered.

Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® approach, we create interactive and meaningful experiences.

Dyah is the driving force behind 'Design Your Future', leading a team with strategic vision and over 20 years of experience in global companies such as Nike and The LEGO® Group. As a driving force, she ensures that every program and initiative of the organization is designed with the aim of making a positive impact and empowering the young generation of Indonesia.
Linda Loh, Guide
Linda brings a wealth of experience in business consulting and psychotherapy to her role at the organization. As a facilitator, she designs workshop experiences that focus on empathy and inspiration. .
Fitorio Leksono, Igniter
Fitorio brings international experience in design and research, providing deep insights into participant behavior and ensuring a meaningful and appropriate workshop experience. With collaborations with organizations such as Gufram and Samsung, her expertise in User Experience & Behavior Design enriches sessions with innovative and relevant approaches.
Wina Hapsari, Formulator
Wina is the formulator who ensures smooth operations and strategic alignment in 'Design Your Future'. With experience from global agencies such as Mindshare, Havas, and Starcom, she organizes the program to be effective and impactful. Her passion for creative marketing and operational details makes each session more structured and effective.
Isabella Noya, Connector
Isabella is a liaison who ensures strategic partnerships with schools, organizations and communities run smoothly. With a background in Child Psychology and extensive experience in education, Isabella strengthens the network and reach to support the vision of 'Design Your Future'.
